as part of a nationwide contest. The 32 winning riddles presented here--one
for each letter of the alphabet--offer interesting views of school from
a child's perspective. Like the other books in the series, these rhyming
riddles will entice young readers to learn how sounds and letters combine
to form words. The bold, semi-abstract illustrations add to the fun.
These books are a great way for parents and teachers to help beginning
readers develop phonemic awareness, a key component in mastering reading.
This book also features a page at the end with "Ideas
for Parents and Teachers."Kids will love this book. And adults?
Well, I'll bet you can't guess just one!
